SEDIMENT COFFEE TABLE
A low table of thick stone layers, quietly rising from the floor.
Several heavy slabs of differing thickness are stacked and carved from one block, so the ochre, cream and rust bands flow through the whole piece. The edges stay chiselled and split, honest to the way the stone parted. Placed before a sofa, it anchors the room with a calm, weighty presence, made by hand to order.
