THERMAE BATHTUB
A deep rectangular stone bath with fluted flanks and an arched base.
A generous volume cast in grey stone-concrete, its outer walls ribbed vertically and bush-hammered by hand, its interior refined for the body. An arched opening at its base lightens the mass and adds shadow. Made to order, it turns the bathroom into a room of stone and stillness.
