LAGOON CONSOLE
A long marble console carved with a sheltered, open hollow beneath.
A slender top flows into curved supports that frame an eroded opening, like a pool cut into a rock shelf. The marble is carved by hand to order and polished smooth, its veining following the line of the form. In a hallway it greets the room with stillness and a measured shadow.
