MELTWATER FOUNTAIN
A granite boulder where water rises and spills over honed stone.
Water emerges from a smoothed hollow on top of the rough-hewn rock and runs down its speckled pink flanks. The contrast between polished and raw granite changes with the light and the wet. Made by hand to order, it gives a garden or courtyard the sound of a northern stream.
